Gift Certificates

  1. Gift certificates must be redeemed by telephone – redemption information is provided with the gift certificate.
  2. The redemption of services against this gift certificate occur in situ at Sydney, Australia at a location specified by RuthiePhillips.com. By prior arrangement, the redemption of services may be by another mode (e.g. email or telephone). The redemption of services other than in person may incur additional charges. Please enquire about these charges prior to purchase. Your purchase will constitute agreement with additional charges to provide these services.
  3. Redemption may be subject to a mutually agreed appointment time.
  4. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.
  5. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
  6. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance at time of redemption

  8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. If you have any questions, please contact Ruthie Phillips via the website.

  10. Ruth Phillips may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.
  11. Gift Certificates include a handling charge of AUD$10 to facilitiate administration of this service.
  12. RUTHIE PHILLIPS AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  13. Ruthie Phillips gift certificates are issued and sold by Ruthie Phillips ABN 324 3314 6388. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
